On Sunday, August 2, at 12 and again at 1:30, the full length feature of “Tour of Honor,” produced and directed by Kyle and Carlos Plummer, will be premiered at the Galaxy Theater, at 6917 El Camino Real, Atascadero.
All Honor Flight alumni flight veterans will be able to view the film as a guest. The organization is asking for a $10 donation from all guardians, their guests, and the public.
As previously promised, they are offering a free DVD to each of those who participated on the October 2014 flight. They will also have DVDs on hand for everyone else to purchase for a tax deductible donation of $10.
Kyle and Carlos will be available to answer questions in the theater right after the show. The brothers are in the process of entering the documentary into a national contest.

On August 8 from 5 to 9 p.m., they will be supporting the Paso Robles Republican Women’s Federation annual fund raising event at the Estrella War Birds Museum in Paso Robles. On site at that event will be Betsy the Biscuit Bomber, a fully functional restored 1944 C-47 cargo aircraft that participated in the D-Day invasion as well as the Berlin Airlift. Tickets for this event are $35 for active duty and veterans, others are $45.00.
On August 28 starting at 6 p.m. and August 29 starting at 12 p.m, Crush and Roll will take place at the Mid State Fairgrounds. Honor Flight will assist in this event for a donation to the Honor Flight hub.
