Holiday Magic returns to Central Coast Zoo Dec. 20
– The Central Coast Zoo will host Holiday Magic on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Zookeepers will present gifts for the animals throughout the event, and Santa will be on-site to welcome visitors. Gift delivery for the animals is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring animals such as meerkats, lemurs, and monkeys opening their presents.
Holiday music and a magic performance by Andy Morris will take place during the event. The Central Coast Garden Railroad Society will also participate with a model railroad display. The Zoo has added holiday decorations for the season.
Zoo officials said all animals will receive enrichment gifts from zookeepers. Those interested in donating to the animal wish list can visit Amazon.com to view Central Coast Zoo enrichment items.
Holiday Magic is included with regular admission. The Zoo Gift Shop will offer stocking stuffer options, and Zoo Memberships will be available as holiday gifts.
