Highway 41 traffic control set west of Atascadero
Work to occur from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday
– Travelers on Highway 41 west of Atascadero will encounter daytime traffic control Thursday, March 5.
Crews will implement one-way reversing traffic control on a two-mile stretch of Highway 41 between Cerro Alto Campground and Toro Creek Road from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Workers will process a large tree that recent storms knocked down. The tree is adjacent to the shoulder area.
Message and directional signs will alert travelers in advance of the work zone. Officials advised motorists to allow extra time for their commute through the area and to drive slowly and carefully in work zones.
