Greyhounds sports update
–The Greyhound girls’ soccer team hosts San Luis Obispo Tuesday night at 6. The Greyhounds are 7-2 in league, (13-4-4 overall). The Tigers are 9-1 in league, (16-2-1 overall.) The Tigers are first in the Mountain League. The Greyhounds are tied for second with Arroyo Grande. Both San Luis and Atascadero have won their last five games. In the Central Section Division, San Luis Obispo is ranked 2nd, Arroyo Grande 3rd, and Atascadero is ranked 6th. Clovis North (17-1-3) is ranked first.
The Atascadero boys’ soccer team plays at Morro Bay Friday night. Atascadero leads the Ocean League. They are now 8-2 in conference, (11-12-2 overall.)
The Atascadero boys basketball team hosts Orcutt Academy Tuesday night at 6:45. The Greyhounds are 5-2 in the Central Coast League, 11-13 overall. They are tied for second place with Templeton in the league.
Atascadero girls basketball team plays Orcutt Academy Tuesday night at Lakeview Jr. High in Orcutt. That game gets underway at 6:45. The girls are 4-7 in league, (5-14 overall.)
