Families of all sorts enjoy Atascadero lake on Mother’s Day
–While Atascadero residents and visitors walked around Atascadero Lake on Sunday, a duck and eight ducklings spent the afternoon in the lagoon at the south end of the island.
The mother duck led her ducklings to a log extending from the island, which was already occupied by two turtles enjoying the Mother’s Day sunshine in Atascadero.
