Empty Bowls fundraiser returns to Atascadero and Paso Robles
Proceeds will support providing shelter, meals, and services to those in need
– El Camino Homeless Empty Bowls will return in 2025 with two events aimed at supporting individuals and families working toward stable housing through the shelter’s programs.
The Atascadero luncheon will take place on April 10 at The Pavilion on the Lake from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will enjoy soups prepared by local chefs, artisan breads, and live music. Each attendee will receive a handmade ceramic bowl as a souvenir. Celebrity servers will participate in the event to serve attendees.
The Paso Robles evening reception will be held on April 24 at Studios on the Park from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The reception will feature soup tastings, artisan breads, curated wine selections, and desserts. Guests can also enjoy charcuterie boards, live music, and studio art. Attendees will take home an artisan ceramic bowl.
In preparation for the event, The Pottery will host two workshops where participants can create bowls for donation to ECHO’s Empty Bowls fundraiser. Workshops will be held on March 22 from 10 a.m. to noon at The Pottery Atascadero, and on March 24 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Pottery Baywood. Each participant will craft two bowls, one to keep and one to donate.
Tickets for the Atascadero luncheon and the Paso Robles evening reception are available online. Limited space is available for both events.
Proceeds will support providing shelter, meals, and services to those in need. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the shelter’s website.
