Driver of black Mustang fires shot at Kia on Highway 46, CHP reports
–Monday night at 9:40 p.m. a 2002 Kia, traveling eastbound on Highway 46, west of Jardine Road, was struck on its passenger side by a bullet, California Highway Patrol reports.
The driver and his three passengers, one being an infant, were unharmed. The bullet was fired from the driver side of a black convertible Ford Mustang.
The driver of the Mustang was described as a white male adult, with buzzed hair, medium build, and 6-foot 3-inches tall.
A search of the area did not produce a suspect or any other information. A bullet was recovered from the Kia and booked into evidence.
