Downtown Atascadero plans Halloween street party on Entrada
Mayor Moreno to judge Atascadero Halloween costume contest
– The Atascadero Downtown Business Improvement District will present “Trick or Treat on Entrada” on Oct. 31 from 5-8 p.m. on Entrada Avenue.
Local businesses and nonprofits will distribute candy and host activities during the annual Halloween event. Entrada Avenue will close to traffic between El Camino Real and Palma Avenue during the event.
“We’ve enjoyed seeing the energy that Emilie Goldstein of Bramble Pie Company has put into this event as part of the Business Improvement District,” said Josh Cross, Atascadero Chamber CEO. “It’s sure to be a spooktacular way to kick off the evening while supporting our local merchants.”
The Atascadero Police and Fire departments will display vintage vehicles. Mayor Heather Moreno will judge a costume contest.
Participating businesses include Entrada Paragon Jiu-Jitsu, Congregation Ohr Tzafon, Masons, St. Luke’s, Atascadero Friends of the Library, Central Coast Casualty, Farron Elizabeth, Black Sheep Finds, Marin’s Vineyard, Spark Psychological Services, The Little Details, A-Town Chop Shop, Monarch Behavior Solutions, Little Cousins, Bodysculpt by Tiffani, Negranti Creamery, Bloke Outfitters and Morjesis Salon.
