Crews contain fire in Templeton

Fire burned a quarter acre of land
–A fire that began in a grain field in Templeton was contained by fire crews in less than an hour Tuesday morning.
The blaze started at about 9:55 a.m. near Santa Rita Road in Templeton, and burned about a quarter of an acre of land.
Crews responded and were able to contain the fire by 10:30, according to reports.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown.
