COVID-19 update: 31 cases added over weekend, zero deaths
–San Luis Obispo County reported 31 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend; 9 on Monday, 8 on Sunday, and 14 on Saturday. Active cases as of Monday afternoon were at 213, down considerably since January when active cases peaked at over 3,000.
The total number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 since March is now 20,433 in SLO County. The county reports 19,961 people have recovered from the virus.
The San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department also reported zero new deaths. The health department attributes a total of 255 deaths to COVID-19.
