County’s most wanted: Elaine Jaye Pipes
–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: have you seen this woman?
Elaine Jaye Pipes, 40, is wanted for four counts of ID theft, possession of an altered or fictitious check, altering or forging a driver’s license/identification, receiving/purchasing stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, making or issuing unauthorized money, three counts of shoplifting not exceeding $950, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pipes is White, 5′ 0″ tall, 100 pounds, and her last known residence is Los Osos.
