Council to make zoning decision regarding potential drive-through coffee shop 

–At their Tuesday, Jan. 14 meeting, the Atascadero City Council will decide whether to pass a zoning appeal submitted by the owners of a potential drive-through coffee shop in Atascadero, among other agenda items.

The council will also review the 2018 2019 Financial Audit, as well as the Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Road Report.
