City offering new adult kickball league
–The City of Atascadero will be offering a new Adult Kickball League this spring. Registration is $410 per team plus additional fees for the number of non-residents on the team, if applicable. All teams are co-ed. Registrations will be accepted through March 13 at 5 p.m. at the Colony Park Community Center located on Traffic Way in Atascadero. There is an additional $50 late registration fee after March 13.
Kickball League games will be held on Wednesday evenings at the Paloma Creek Park Softball fields. The season will include eight regular-season games and an end-of-season tournament run single-elimination style during the week of May 27. Games will last for seven innings, or for one hour, whichever comes first. League games will be held Wednesday, April 1 through May 27. Applications will be accepted on a team-basis only with a minimum number of eight and a maximum of 12 players per team.
A Team Manager’s Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Colony Park Community Center.
