The BridgeWorks coworking space was designed to offer new businesses, commuters, remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and any other interested parties a well-outfitted workplace at a more affordable price with no need for long drives or to commit to full-scale offices.
During the pandemic, the chamber implemented a variety of safety measures like acquiring medical-grade hand sanitizer in partnership with Central Coast Distellery, obtaining ViroDisinfect services from Brezden Pest Control, and having divided cubicles to make social distancing easy.
BridgeWorks offers access to either desks or dedicated office spaces through different plans.
The lowest-priced option is a daily pass available for $25 dollars for an unreserved desk, but also available in bundles of five for $100. Dedicated access to any unreserved desks can be obtained for $200, but a reserved desk will cost $300.
Private offices start at $400 for the basic unit, but interested parties can purchase access to a manager’s office for $550 or a fully furnished executive suite with additional features like a TV and whiteboard for $800. All offices do require a 3-month minimum commitment and notice must be given 30 days in advance in case anyone wants to cancel.
The final option is a $100 pass for a virtual office that grants a BridgeWorks mailing address, mail service, access one day a month to use the coworking space and one hour a month to use the conference room.
The chamber is also working on expanding the space in the near future.
