Band applications now available for Templeton Concerts in the Park
–Band Applications for the 20th Annual Templeton Recreation Concerts in the Park summer series are now being accepted. They are looking for 11 bands representing a diverse mix of music that will appeal to our 1,000+ community members who gather at Templeton Park on Wednesday evenings during the summer. The 2019 summer concert series will run June 5, through Aug. 21, (no concert on July 24).
Band applications are due no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8. Interested bands can find the application at www.templetoncsd.org.
Applicants must also submit a band press kit including a demo CD, flash drive, or link to music samples. The Templeton Recreation Concerts band selection committee will begin reviewing applications and assigning bands as early as February 12, 2019.
