– Wendy White’s Bakery will open a storefront in downtown Atascadero on Friday, April 3.
The grand opening will take place at 10 a.m. at the bakery’s location at 5804 Traffic Way.
The bakery previously operated as a home bakery in Paso Robles and has served San Luis Obispo County with baked goods for pickup and delivery since 2024. The storefront will offer walk-in service.
Menu items will include cinnamon rolls, muffins, cookies, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, coffee, and breakfast items. With Easter weekend approaching, the bakery will also offer themed baked goods featuring bunnies and eggs.
Each customer will receive a free chocolate chunk cookie with a purchase on opening day.
“Atascadero is such a great community to be a part of, and we’re looking forward to hopefully making all our neighbors’ days a little sweeter,” said co-owner Mercedes White.
