Atascadero’s Summer Aquatics Program at a new location
–The City of Atascadero is excited to announce a new partnership with Kennedy Club Fitness, who will now offer the city’s annual Summer Aquatics programs at the Kennedy facility in Atascadero. All city-sponsored summer aquatics lessons, classes and Family Swim will be held this summer at the pristine Kennedy Club Fitness pool, and you do not have to be a member to enjoy the swim programs; Kennedy Club will honor the same rate and program to Atascadero City residents, the only difference is a new pool location. These City of Atascadero Summer Aquatics Program swim classes are valid at the Atascadero Kennedy Club location only and are not interchangeable with other club locations.
Kennedy Club Fitness will offer a “Splash Into Summer” event this Saturday, May 12 from noon to 4 p.m., and will provide information on lessons and programs along with tours and specials! Kennedy Club Fitness is located at 3534 El Camino Real in Atascadero. For access, park at the Aquatic Center entrance, which is located just north of the Club’s Colony Plaza main entrance, and check in at the Pool Tower. Kennedy will be handling all swim registrations on-site at the Club. Once the City’s summer classes end, participants can elect to register for future swim classes for the same reduced rate offered to Club members.
Aquatics Scholarships are available for qualifying families, and forms can be picked up and returned to the Colony Park Community Center located at 5599 Traffic Way in Atascadero.
