First Friday event to feature Stellar Band, retail crawl
Downtown area will feature entertainment, food, shopping
– The City of Atascadero is gearing up for the April edition of its popular First Fridays event. On April 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the downtown area will be abuzz with entertainment, food, and shopping opportunities.
The event will feature the Stellar Band, a group of talented musicians who have been performing for over 15 years. They will be playing a mix of classic rock hits and Fleetwood Mac covers that appeal to audiences of all ages. Visitors can also look forward to a variety of food trucks, including Bear City Social, Paradise Shaved Ice, Mary’s Cuisine, and Zen Dog, as well as the Streets of Vintage Artisan Market.
In addition to the entertainment, visitors can take part in the new monthly A-Town Downtown Passport retail crawl. By getting six stamps from any of the 35 participating businesses, visitors will be entered to win a shopping spree.
The First Fridays events are free to attend, and the public is encouraged to bring a low-back chair when there is a concert.
