city of atascadero

Pre-bid site visit scheduled for March 24 at City Hall

– The City of Atascadero announced a request for proposals for the design and installation of holiday lighting in the trees at Sunken Gardens in downtown Atascadero.

Interested parties must submit written proposals by March 31 at 5 p.m. Proposals should include holiday lighting designs intended to complement the Historic City Hall backdrop during the holiday season.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, removal, packaging, and transport of all holiday lighting features. The lighting will remain the property of the contractor. The city intends to award the contract for an initial one-year term, with the option to extend the agreement in one-year increments twice, for a total possible term of three years.

A voluntary pre-bid site visit will take place on March 24 at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 6500 Palma Ave. Interested firms may attend to view the area and ask questions of city staff.
