Atascadero Police arrest reports from Sept. 25 to 30
– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of September 25 to September 30, including the following individuals:
- Fields, Christopher Riley, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 25 at 9:08 am at 0-0 Santa Rosa Rd for suspected violation of PC 647(F) – Disorderly Conduct: Under Influence of Drug (90C).
- Netz, Gabriel Valanty, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 27 at 8:44 am at 7025 El Camino Real for suspected violation of HS 11550(A) – Use/Under Influence of Controlled Substance (35A).
- Winzenried, Nathan Joseph, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 27 at 8:57 pm for an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
- Esparza, Henry Francisco, 36, of was arrested on September 28 at 10:55 am at 7450 Morro Rd for suspected violation of PC 647(F) – Disorderly Conduct: Alcohol (90C).
- Snider, Travis Matthew, 26, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 29 at 1:29 am at 8405 El Camino Real for an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
- Smith, Jeffery Paul, 60, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 29 at 10:00 am for suspected violation of HS 11377(A) – Possess Controlled Substance (35A).
- Skaggs, Amber Michelle, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 29 at 1:42 pm at 4536 Mananita Ave for suspected violation of PC 368(B)(1) – Cause Injury to Elder/Dependent Adult (13B).
- Lau, Kekino Anthony Michael, 24, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 29 at 1:46 pm at 7500 Sombrilla Ave for suspected violation of PC 459.5(A) – Shoplifting (23C).
- Williams Jr., Harry Stanley, 56, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 29 at 5:35 pm for suspected violation of VC 23152(A) – DUI Alcohol (90D).
- Ellison, Steven Robert, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 30 at 10:51 pm at 7820 Portola Rd for suspected violation of PC 273.5(A) – Inflict Corporal Injury on Spouse/Co-habitant/Dating Relationship (13A).
