Atascadero Police arrest reports from Sept. 10 to 16 

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of  September 10 to September 16, including the following individuals:

• Bernard, Jesstin Brett, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 10 at 3:26 pm at 7371 El Camino Real for suspected violation of 853.8 failure to appear after written promise (853.8 PC).
• Cotham, Mathew Shawn, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 10 at 4:27 pm at 9990 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS).
• Delrio, Brista Daniel, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 10 at 4:27 pm at 9990 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS).
• Barger, Eric Michael, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 11 at 7:26 pm at 13050 Santa Lucia Rd for suspected violation of dui alcohol (VC).
• Cook, Austin Lyle, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 12 at 8:45 am at 0-0 Quail Ridge Ct for suspected violation of probation violation (1203.2(A) PC).
• Ortiz, Odi, 51, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 12 at 8:16 pm at Curbaril Ave & Sinaloa Ave for suspected violation of unlawful to drive unless licensed (12500(a) VC).
• Higuera, Michael Paul, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 12 at 11:00 pm at 9331 Musselman Dr for suspected violation of dui alcohol (VC).
• Forsman Jr., Robert Louis, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 13 at 12:47 am at El Bordo Ave & El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS).
• Cortezcruz, Oscar Patricio, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 14 at 8:06 am at 5505 El Camino Real for suspected violation of warrant other jurisdiction (F) (WARRANT).
• Canales, Edgar Stanley, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 14 at 11:18 am at 7850 Morro Rd for suspected violation of probation violation (1203.2(A) PC).
• Smith, Chalise Marie, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 15 at 4:49 pm at Las Lomas Ave & Principal Ave for suspected violation of grand theft.
• Clark, Christopher Wayne, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on September 16 at 11:03 am at 8000 El Camino Real for suspected violation of fondling (288.5(A) PC continuous sexual abuse of child).
