Atascadero Police arrest reports from May 29 – June 3 

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of May 29 to June 3, including the following individuals:

• Lyons, Frankie Paul Brandon, 52, of Morro Bay, was arrested on May 28 at 11:45 am at Quintana Rd & Las Tunas St for suspected violation of driving while license suspended/revoked 14601.2 (A).
  
• Holmes, Kaylee Irene, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 28 at 2:36 pm at 8360 El Camino Real for suspected violation of PC 459.5(A) shoplifting (23C) and PC 11350(A) possession of narcotic controlled substance.
  
• Cross, Shonntae Larea, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 28 at 11:50 pm at 5105 Magdalena Ave for suspected violation of PC 273.6(A) violation of court order in domestic violence cases.
  
• Lorigo, Eric John, 48, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 29 at 3:15 pm at Sycamore Rd & Miramon Ave for suspected violation of PC 978.5 bench warrant/failure to appear.
  
• McCaffrey, Patrick Joseph, 67, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 29 at 8:56 pm at El Camino Real & La Linia Ave for suspected violation of VC 23152(A) driving under the influence of alcohol and VC 23152(B) driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol of over 0.08%.
  
• Glasmeier, Kyle Scott, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 29 at 9:36 pm at 11875 Halcon Rd for suspected violation of PC 243(E) battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date/etc and PC 273A(B) child endangerment.
  
• Jimenez, Patrick Michael, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 30 at 12:38 am at 8000 El Camino Real for suspected violation of HS 11350(A) Possession of Narcotic Controlled Substance (35A).Fort, John Leonard, 38, of Morro Bay, was arrested on May 30 at 11:39 pm in the 1000 block of Monterey Ave for suspected violation of VC 23152(F) DUI any drug.
• Frawley, Daesha Marie, 38, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 1 at 2:16 am at 948 Morro Bay Blvd for suspected violation of warrant local TPD (F) and PC 11364(A) possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Malagon, Miguel Fuentes, 45, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 1 at 9:25 am at 940 Morro Bay Blvd for suspected violation of warrant local TPD (F).
• Ramagehoppes, Kharma Sierra Morgan, 22, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 1 at 10:54 am at 740 Quintana Rd for suspected violation of warrant local TPD (F).
• Oglesby, Patricia Lynn, 53, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 1 at 4:48 pm at 850 Morro Bay Blvd for suspected violation of warrant local TPD (M).
• Pedroz, Isidro, 37, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 2 at 10:35 am at 2040 Ironwood Ave for suspected violation of warrant other jurisdiction (M).
• Carpenter, Jack Sidney, 43, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 3 at 9:40 am at 850 Morro Bay Blvd for suspected violation of PC 647(F) disorderly conduct: alcohol.
• Gonzales, Andrew Chapman, 20, of Morro Bay, was arrested on June 3 at 10:26 pm at 2602 Main St for suspected violation of PC 166(A)(4) contempt of court: disobey court order/etc and PC 1203.2(A) violation of probation.
