Atascadero Police arrest reports from July 16 to July 22

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of July 16 to July 22, including the following individuals:

Benner, Evan Matthew Lawrence, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 16 at 12:03 pm at 6097 Buena Ave for contempt of court: violate protective order (166(C)(1) PC) and probation violation (1203.2(A) PC).
Hash II, Edward Glen, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 16 at 3:26 pm at 7305 El Camino Real for possession of controlled substance (11350(A)).
Kuhzarani, Benjamin Todd, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 17 at 11:01 am at El Camino Real & Curbaril Ave for failure to appear after written promise (853.8)
Smaglik, Joseph Hyrum, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 17 at 11:01 am at El Camino Real & Curbaril Ave for possession of a controlled substance (11350(A) HS) and failure to appear after written promise (853.8 PC).
Delafuent, Victor, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 17 at 11:42 am at 101 NG & Vineyard Dr for driving with a suspended/revoked license (14601.1(A) VC).
Herrera, Xavier, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 19 at 4:26 pm at 8360 El Camino Real for failure to appear on a felony charge (979 PC).
Kerr, Graham Robert, 38, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 21 at 12:19 am at 9528 Los Palos Rd for evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (2800.2(A) VC) and failure to appear after written promise (853.8 PC).
Bojorquez, Johnny, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 22 at 2:42 am at 3750 El Camino Real for driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (2800.2(A) VC).
