Atascadero Police arrest reports from Feb. 6 to Feb. 12
— The following people were arrested on suspicion of various charges in Atascadero:
Francis Michael Pinocchio, 28, of Paso Robles, was arrested on February 6, 2023, at 7:50 a.m. on suspicion of failure to appear after posting bail, in violation of 853.8 of the California Penal Code, and for a warrant related to a vehicle code violation, in violation of 40515 of the California Penal Code.

James Vincent Ramistellarivers, 37, of Creston, was arrested on February 6, 2023, at 11:21 p.m. on suspicion of battery, in violation of 242 of the California Penal Code, assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm, in violation of 245(A)(1) of the California Penal Code, and inflicting great bodily injury, in violation of 12022.7(A) of the California Penal Code. He was also arrested on a probation violation.
Hezrei Salgado, 36, a transient in California, was arrested on February 7, 2023, at 9:35 p.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving alcohol, in violation of 647(F) of the California Penal Code.
Osiris J Crawford, 49, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. on suspicion of driving with an unlicensed driver, in violation of 12500(A) of the California Vehicle Code, and driving with a suspended license, in violation of 14601.1(A) of the California Vehicle Code.
Sarah Elizabeth Lilley, 38, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 9, 2023, at 1:50 p.m. on suspicion of a probation violation.
Anthony Jack Melton, 43, of Paso Robles, was arrested on February 11, 2023, at 6:29 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, in violation of 23152(F) of the California Vehicle Code.
William Weldon Chandler, 64, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 11, 2023, at 6:02 p.m. on suspicion of violating the terms of his parole, in violation of 3455(A) of the California Penal Code.
Caden Christopher Stober, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 11, 2023, at 7:58 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI, in violation of 14601.2(A) of the California Vehicle Code, and driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of 23152(A) of the California Vehicle Code.
Jack Philip Sands, 21, a transient in California, was arrested on February 12, 2023, at 4:33 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order related to domestic violence, in violation of 273.6(A) of the California Penal Code.
