Atascadero Police arrest reports from Feb. 13 to Feb. 19 

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of February 13, 2023, to February 19, 2023, including the following individuals:

• Michael Lee Miller, 38, of Paso Robles, was arrested on February 13, 2023, at 1:59 p.m. at Atascadero. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance (11377(A)) and possession of identification of 10+ persons defrauded (530.5(C)(3)).
• Michael Anthony Rose, 60, of Templeton, was arrested on February 14, 2023, at 2:32 a.m. at 4381 El Camino Real. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A)) and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher (23152(B)).
• Kaela Michelle Blakley, 38, of Cambria, was arrested on February 15, 2023, at 12:47 a.m. at 8000 El Camino Real. She was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license due to a DUI violation (14601.2(A)).
• Daniel Lopezortiz, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 15, 2023, at 9:07 p.m. at the intersection of Lake View Drive and Santa Rosa Road. He was charged with an arrest warrant for misdemeanor and infraction cases (1427).
• John Allen Webb, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on February 16, 2023, at 2:25 a.m. at 8000 El Camino Real. He was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license due to a DUI violation (14601.2(A)).
• Dustin Eric Lortonthompson, 34, of King Street, was arrested twice on February 16, 2023, at 4:55 p.m. at 9305 Pismo Ave. He was charged with a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge (978.5) and a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge (978.5) in the first arrest. In the second arrest, he was charged with possession of a narcotic controlled substance (11350(A)) and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A)).
• Travis Lee Mathes, 28, a transient, was arrested on February 18, 2023, at 10:56 a.m. at 9530 El Camino Real. He was charged with a probation violation for re-arrest/revoke (1203.2(A)).
• Anthony David Leland Cagnina, 27, a transient, was arrested twice on February 18, 2023, at 12:21 p.m. at 7305 Sombrilla Ave. He was charged with obstructing/resisting/etc. a public/peace officer/emergency medical technician (148(A)(1)) in the first arrest. In the second arrest, he was charged with failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail (853.8).
• Darren Cody Edmundson, 29, of General Delivery, was arrested on February 18, 2023, at 6:39 p.m. at 8300 El Camino Real. He was charged with possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A)), giving false ID to police (148.9(A)), and receiving/etc. known stolen property (496(A)).

All individuals were booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
