Atascadero Police arrest reports from April 17 to April 20 

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of April 17 to April 20, including the following individuals:

• Lewis, Kathy Elizabeth, 47, was arrested on April 19 at 9:25 pm at 298 Atascadero Rd for suspected violation of driving with a suspended/revoked license for DUI, under VC 14601.2(a) and outstanding warrant.
• Arias, Cameron Michaelika, 29, was arrested on April 19 at 3:56 pm at 7135 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possessing personal identifying information with intent to defraud, under PC 530.5(C)(1), identity theft.
• Lastra, Lukas Andrew, 29, was arrested on April 17 at 11:15 pm at CA-1 N & San Jacinto St for suspected violation of VC 23152(A) DUI alcohol M and VC 23152(B) – Driving Under the Influence.
• Cisneros III, Fredrick James, 41, was arrested on April 20 at 3:38 pm at Monterey Ave and Beach St for suspected felony violation of local warrant TPD (F).
• Isaacs, Rory Patrick Hogan, 36, was arrested on April 17 at 11:13 am at 715 Harbor St for suspected violation of Burglary/Breaking & Entering 220 PC.
• Martinez, Daniel James, 35, was arrested on April 18 at 1:24 am at El Camino Real and Montecito Ave, Atascadero for suspected violation of VC 23152(A) DUI alcohol.
• Tabarez, Isaac Ward, 29, was arrested on April 17 at 3:59 pm at US-101 S & Curbaril Ave, Atascadero, for suspected violations of PC 470(D) – forgery: false checks/records/certificates/etc, (M-250), PC 148(A)(1) – resisting/obstructing public officer/etc. (M-250), PC 530.5(A) – identity theft (M-250), and PC 594(A)(1) – vandalism: damage of property (M-250).
• Duncan, Kristina Miranda, 28, was arrested on April 17 at 10:43 pm at 130 Eagle Creek Ct for suspected inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship 273.5(A) PC.
• Renee Alonzo Yciano, Sebastian, 22, was arrested on April 17 at 3:59 PM at 8200 El Camino Real for suspected violations of PC 148(A)(1) obstructing/resisting/etc. public/peace officer/emergency med tech, 30305(A)(1) possession of firearm by a felon, 273A(A) child endangerment, 25850(C)(6) carrying loaded firearm in public place, 11370.1(A) possession of controlled substance for sale, vandalism (594(A)(2) PC), possession of a controlled substance (853.8 PC), and 485 theft of access card.
• Safford, Bradley Vincent, 17, was arrested on April 18 at 1:03 pm at Coleman Dr & Embarcadero Rd for suspected violation of Reckless Driving in Off-Street Parking Facility under VC 23103(b).
• Davis, Brenden Newell, 38, was arrested on April 20 at 2:46 pm at 700 BLOCK QUINTANA RD for suspected violation of Local TPD Misdemeanor Warrant.
• Carpenter, Jack Sidney, 43, was arrested on April 20 at 9:56 pm at 730 Quintana Rd for suspected violation of Disorderly Conduct 647(F) PC.
• Carriero, Desiree Nicole, 37, was arrested on April 20 at 10:04 am at 700 Block Quintana Rd for suspected violation of Felony Warrant Local TPD (F).

All individuals were booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
