Atascadero Police arrest reports for Nov. 11-16

Pena, Mario James, 43, of Atascadero, was arrested on Nov 11 at 4:55 am at 8673 Santa Rosa Rd for suspected violation of battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date (243(E)(1) PC).
Garcia, Atxulivan Franzhoa, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested on Nov 14 at 1:30 am at San Anselmo Rd & El Camino Real for suspected violations of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), driving with blood alcohol 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC), and violation of post release community supervision (3455(A) PC).
Campbell, Alize Clarice, 19, of Atascadero, was arrested on Nov 16 at 4:53 am at El Camino Real & Ash St for suspected violation of public intoxication (647(F) PC).

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
