Atascadero Police arrest reports for March 31 – April 5

Baker, Kurtis Alan, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 31 at 1:04 am at Curbaril Ave & Coromar Ave for suspected violations of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
Garcia, Michael Anthony, 25, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 31 at 2:05 am at 9850 East Front Rd for suspected violations of assault with a firearm (245(a)(2) PC), possession of a controlled substance (11377(a) HS), carrying a loaded firearm in public (25850(a) PC), brandishing a firearm (417(a)(2) PC), and criminal threats (422(a) PC).
Velasquez, Isabel Ruiz, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 3 at 2:39 pm at 8360 El Camino Real for suspected shoplifting (459.5(a) PC).
Carter, Kyle Webb, 39, of Templeton, was arrested on April 4 at 1:56 pm at 1100 Las Tablas Rd for suspected violation of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant (273.5(a) PC).
Maclauchlin, Cameron Albert, 70, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 4 at 10:10 pm at 3980 El Camino Real on an outside warrant.
Bravoguezvara, David Uriel, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 5 at 12:38 pm at 10095 San Marcos Rd for suspected violations of trespassing (602(o)(7) PC), possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), and vandalism (594(a)(2) PC).
