Mendibles, Aimee Hope, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 10 at 2:57 pm at 6175 Tecorida Ave for suspected violation of making/passing fictitious checks with intent to defraud (476 PC), conspiracy (182(A)(1) PC), appropriating lost property (485 PC), and receiving stolen property (496(A) PC).
Knoedler, Justin Wayne, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 10 at 2:57 pm at 6175 Tecorida Ave for suspected violation of driving with a suspended license (14601.2(a) VC), conspiracy (182(A)(1) PC), and making/passing fictitious checks with intent to defraud (476 PC).
First, Brett Matthew, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 11 at 3:27 am at 3270 Colima Rd for suspected violation of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant (273.5(A) PC).
Burke, Jacob Lee, 37, of Pismo Beach, was arrested on March 13 at 10:04 am at 210 Encanto Ave for suspected violation of sending harmful matter to minor (288.2(A)(2) PC) and arranging a meeting with a minor (288.4(A)(1) PC).
Lilley, Sarah Elizabeth, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 13 at 4:03 pm at 2455 El Camino Real for suspected violation of bench warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) PC), and possession of controlled substance (11395(B)(1) PC).
Schuler-Jones, Daniel Alan, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 14 at 1:41 am at 101 NB & Santa Barbara Rd for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
Sanchez, Isreal, 20, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 15 at 3:39 pm at 8320 El Camino Real for suspected violation of conspiracy (182(A)(1) PC), possession of fictitious identification (4323 PC), burglary (459 PC), and identity theft (530.5(A) PC).
Maggelet, Alexis Ann, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested on March 16 at 9:03 pm at 9364 Riberena Cir for suspected violation of resisting arrest (148(A)(1) PC) and disorderly conduct: alcohol (647(F) PC).
