Atascadero Police arrest reports for June 10-16

Arreola, Elizabeth, 65, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 10 at 8:56 pm at El Camino Real & Del Rio Rd for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC and 23152(B) VC).
Busby, Justice Anika, 25, of Gonzales, was arrested on June 12 at 10:10 pm at 5th St for suspected violation of conspiracy to commit crime (182(A)(1) PC) and shoplifting (459.5(A) PC).
Smith, Nayshawn Goldie, 29, of Gonzales, was arrested on June 12 at 10:10 pm at 5th St for suspected violation of robbery (211 PC) and battery (242 PC).
Watkin, Steven, 45, of Fresno, was arrested on June 13 at 2:04 pm at 645 East Shaw Avenue for suspected violation of first-degree robbery (212.5(A) PC), kidnapping (207(A) PC), battery with serious bodily injury (243(D) PC), and burglary (459 PC).
Martinez, Johnathin Michael, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 14 at 12:14 am at San Gabriel Rd & E Front Rd for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), resisting arrest (148(A)(1) PC), and hit and run (20002(a) VC).
Emfinger, Jason Dwayne, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 14 at 2:02 pm at 8005 El Camino Real for suspected violation of forging or altering vehicle registration (4463(A)(1) VC).
Reyesvivas, Laionel, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 16 at 1:04 am at CA-41 & Santa Ysabel Ave for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC and 23152(B) VC).
