Atascadero Police arrest reports for July 8-14

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

  • Friedrichsen, Darrick John, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 8 at 2:12 am at 6700 El Camino Real for suspected violations of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), possession of a switchblade knife (21510(b) PC), and petty theft (485 PC).
  • Cervantes, Carlos Paul, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 8 at 1:47 pm at 9481 El Camino Real.
  • Vestal, Sean Raymond, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 10 at 11:51 am at Entrada Ave & Palma Ave for suspected violation of warrant from another jurisdiction (misdemeanor).
  • Aguilero Jr, Marino, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 10 at 12:12 pm at Entrada Ave & Palma Ave for suspected violation of warrant from another jurisdiction (felony).
  • Juarezortiz, Everaro, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 12 at 10:08 pm at 6455 El Camino Real for suspected violation of disorderly conduct: alcohol (647(f) PC).
  • Butler, Alexandra Nicole, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 13 at 9:47 am at 7329 Santa Ysabel Ave for suspected violations of obstructing/resisting an executive officer (69(a) PC), being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(a) HS), vandalism (594(b)(1) PC), prowling (647(h) PC), and warrant.
  • Allen, Albert Deonte, 22, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 14 at 12:02 am at 6500 Palma Ave for suspected violations of being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(a) HS) and probation violation (1203.2(a) PC).
  • Arriaga Cazares, Salvador Guadalupe, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 14 at 6:58 am at 6440 Ardilla Rd for suspected violations of kidnapping (207(a) PC) and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant (273.5(a) PC).
