  • Briones, Joshua John Mendoza, 21, of Atascadero, was arrested on January 6 at 2:50 pm at the intersection of EL CAMINO REAL & SANTA ROSA RD for VC 14601.2(A) (drive while license suspended/revoked for DUI: specific violations).
