Skaggs, Amber Michelle, 42, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 8 at 8:49 a.m. at 6850 Morro Rd for suspected violation of bench warrant/failure to appear (978.5 PC).
Panos, George William, 60, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 8 at 11:37 a.m. at 5444 Hermosilla Ave for suspected violation of enforcement of restricted use permits (8-2.101(C) ATMC).
Paramo, Veronica Rochelle, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 8 at 11:37 a.m. at 5444 Hermosilla Ave for suspected violation of enforcement of restricted use permits (8-2.101(C) ATMC).
Lopez, Anthony Ryan, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 9 at 2:00 p.m. at 6700 El Camino Real for suspected possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
Paramopanos, Joseph Anthony, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 9 at 2:46 p.m. at Highway 101 northbound and San Anselmo northbound offramp for suspected use/under influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS) and public nuisance (372 PC).
Baker, Sterling Bryant, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 10 at 3:16 p.m. at 14840 El Camino Real for suspected battery with serious bodily injury (243(D) PC).
Torres, Robert G., 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 10 at 11:37 p.m. at Highway 101 northbound and Rosario northbound onramp for suspected possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS), possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS) and violation of probation (1203.2(A) PC).
Mckrell, James Lynn, 58, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 11 at 3:15 p.m. at San Jacinto Ave and Olmeda Ave for suspected disorderly conduct: alcohol (647(F) PC) and riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs (21200.5 VC).
Deleon, Daniel Anthony, 42, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 12 at 12:45 p.m. at 8000 Morro Rd for suspected use/under influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS) and public nuisance (372 PC).
