Hoyt, Zachary Keith, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 29 at 1:18 p.m. at 7385 El Camino Real for suspected violation of warrant/other jurisdiction (felony).
Kupstas, Alan Martin, 21, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 29 at 11:04 p.m. at Capistrano Ave. and Hospital Dr. for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher (23152(B) VC).
Sumner, Daniel James, 66, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 30 at 11:12 a.m. at 8155 Azucena Ave. for suspected violation of battery on spouse, cohabitant, or dating partner (243(E)(1) PC).
Carvalho, Aaron Mathew, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 1 at 4:14 p.m. at 8960 Curbaril Ave. for suspected violation of misdemeanor bench warrant.
Bruce, Jennifer Merline, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 2 at 12:37 a.m. at San Jacinto Ave. and Estrada Ave. for suspected violation of probation (1203.2(A) PC).
Thomas, Anthony William, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 2 at 9:35 a.m. at 1 High School Hill Rd. for suspected violation of possession of a narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS), false identification to a peace officer (148.9(A) PC), and violation of parole (3056 PC).
Pennington, Joseph Edward, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 2 at 10:30 a.m. at 6200 Santa Ynez Ave. for suspected violation of shoplifting (459.5(A) PC).
Smith, Coda Benjamin, 38, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 3 at 5:32 a.m. at 5000 Atajo Ave. for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions (11395(B)(1) HS) and driving under the influence of drugs (23152(G) VC).
DiBella, Phillip Luciano, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 3:05 a.m. at 5855 Capistrano Ave. for suspected violation of possession of a narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS) and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS).
Jamison, Jacob David, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 3:32 a.m. at 5855 Capistrano Ave. for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS).
Cervantes, Jesus Gonzalez, 22, of Atascadero, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 10:43 p.m. at 8845 Palomar Ave. for suspected violation of possessing a firearm without identification markings (23920(A) PC), carrying a loaded firearm in a public place (25850(A) PC), and carrying a loaded firearm while not the registered owner (25850(C)(6) PC).
