Dollens, Garrett Michael, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 15 at 8:35 a.m. at 1825 San Ramon Rd. for suspected violation of making criminal threats with intent to terrorize (422(a) PC) and violation of parole (3056 PC).
Cervelli, Jit Kuar, 52, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 15 at 3:38 p.m. at 8000 Morro Rd. for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC), driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or higher (23152(b) VC), and resisting, delaying, or obstructing a peace officer (148(a)(1) PC).
Wizenried, Nathan Joseph, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 16 at 11:35 a.m. at 4381 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), trespassing (602(m) PC), and an outstanding warrant.
Karpenske, Kirk Michael, 64, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 16 at 11:53 a.m. at 4381 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS) and driving with a suspended license for DUI (14601.2(a) VC).
Watson, Melissa Rae, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 17 at 11:15 a.m. at 6650 Lewis Ave. for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance (11377(a) HS), possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), and possession of a narcotic controlled substance (11350(a) HS).
Panos, Victor Santino, 43, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 17 at 11:20 a.m. at 6650 Lewis Ave. for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions (11395(b)(1) HS), possession of a controlled substance for sale (11378 HS), possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), and committing a felony while released on bail (12022.1 PC).
Watkins, Lindsey Marie, 42, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 17 at 8:30 p.m. at 9200 Las Lomas Ave. for suspected violation of contempt of court for violating a protective order (166(c)(1) PC) and violation of a restraining order (273.6(a) PC).
Santana-Martinez, Jorge Luis, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 19 at 8:48 a.m. at 10100 Morro Rd. for suspected violation of an outside misdemeanor warrant.
Mackinga, Aidan James, 20, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 19 at 7:23 p.m. at Hospital Dr. and Highway 41 for suspected violation of a misdemeanor bench warrant.
Hollon, Rachel Leana, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 21 at 2:53 a.m. at 6005 El Camino Real for suspected violation of disorderly conduct related to alcohol (647(f) PC).
Marshall, Teriana, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 21 at 2:53 a.m. at 6005 El Camino Real for suspected violation of disorderly conduct related to alcohol (647(f) PC).
