Atascadero Police arrest logs for Nov. 29-Dec. 4
- On Nov. 29, Carey James Vasquez, 37, transient, was cited for failure to appear after promising to appear in court and not posting bail.
- On Nov. 29, Christopher John Spinsley, 39, of Atascadero was cited for possessing a switchblade in a vehicle.
- On Nov. 29, Jason Paul Flood, 51, transient, was booked for assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm.
- On Nov. 29, Jason Paul Flood, 51, transient, was booked for failure to appear after promising to appear in court and for not posting bail.
- Nov. 30, Samuel Frank Hammond, of Atascadero, was arrested on the 9600 block of Via Cielo and booked for assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm.
- Nov. 30, Carlos Lesther Ramirez, 43, of Atascadero was booked for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
- On Dec. 1, Josue Lopez, 24, of Atascadero, was arrested on the 10200 block of El Camino Real and booked for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
- On Dec. 2, Andrea Lynn Neider, 30, of Paso Robles, was arrested on the 2100 block of Park St. and cited for a vehicle code violation warrant, failure to appear after promising to appear in court, and not posting bail.
- On Dec. 2, Joseph John Perez, 32, of Paso Robles was arrested on the 6200 block of Morro Rd. and cited for a vehicle code violation warrant, failure to appear after promising to appear in court, and not posting bail.
- On Dec. 2, Anthony William Thomas, 20, of Atascadero was arrested on the 5900 block of El Camino Real and booked for failure to appear in court after promising to appear, not posting bail, a bench warrant, and failure to appear on a felony charge.
- On Dec. 2, Leslie Servinromero, 27, transient, was arrested on the 8300 block of El Camino Real and booked for failure to appear after promising to appear in court and for not posting bail.
- On Dec. 4, Douglas Vincent Rice, 55, of Atascadero was arrested on the 6400 block of Alcantara Ave. and booked for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
