– Last week, Geoff Auslen announced that Atascadero Mayor Pro Tem Heather Newsom and Council Members Mark Dariz and Charles Bourbeau have endorsed his campaign for supervisor.
“Geoff has been committed to our community’s success for 20 years,” said Mayor Pro Tem Heather Newsom. “As a longtime small businessman and community leader, Geoff has the background and skills necessary to bring head-of-household jobs to San Luis Obispo County and get our local economy back on track.”
“Geoff’s leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills shined through in his tireless efforts to bring the community together and make the Parents for Joy Playground a reality,” said Councilman Charles Bourbeau. “While building a successful small business, Geoff has continually supported the community through his active involvement on the Chamber of Commerce board of directors, the Kiwanis Club and other organizations. If elected, Geoff will bring his skills, initiative, and energy to bear for the benefit of all of District 2.”
Geoff is also supported by other Atascadero city leaders, like former mayors Tom O’Malley, Ray Johnson, Roberta Fonzi and Rolfe Nelson.
