Atascadero La Plaza grand opening celebration planned for Sept. 1 

Event will feature food, drinks, music, axe throwing, access to new businesses

– The Atascadero La Plaza development will be celebrating its grand opening on Sept. 1. The event marks the end of five years of construction of the mixed-use development in downtown Atascadero that features apartments and commercial spaces.

There will be food, drinks, music, axe throwing, and exclusive access to the new businesses that will be opening in La Plaza at the event.

The top two floors of the development are planned and built as 42 residential units. Four units will be high-end luxury penthouse style units and the remaining 38 units will be more typical apartment-sized and styled units. Atascadero La Plaza will be managed by Z Villages, the umbrella management company for several apartment complexes in Atascadero and Paso Robles.
