Conversations with potential tenants are ongoing and there is a potential tenant proposing to take around 7,000SF of the remaining space for an exciting concept.

The top two floors of the development are planned and built as 42 residential units. Four units will be high-end luxury penthouse style units and the remaining 38 units will be more typical apartment sized and styled units. Atascadero La Plaza will be managed by Z Villages, the umbrella management company for several apartment complexes in Atascadero and Paso Robles.
