Atascadero invites businesses to advertise in recreation guide
Guide mailed to nearly 15,000 residents each issue
– The City of Atascadero Recreation Team is accepting advertising applications for its Fall/Winter 2025-26 Recreation Guide.
The guide, published several times each year, is the city’s primary source of information for residents about classes, activities, youth and adult sports, programs and events. Nearly 15,000 copies are mailed to residents per issue, with distribution at high-traffic locations throughout the city, reaching more than 37,500 readers. Each edition is also posted on the city’s website until the next guide is published.
Ad space for the fall and winter edition is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for space reservations is Aug. 27. Camera-ready ads are due Sept. 1. The guide will publish Sept. 15. Discounts are available for advertisers who commit to multiple issues within the year.
The Recreation Team office is located at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way. The registration desk is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Online registration is available at any time.
