Atascadero High School Athlete of the Week
Greyhound: Clara Haungs
Sport: Varsity Girl’s Soccer
Comment: Clara Haungs, Varsity Girl’s Soccer Clara is one of the hardest working players on the field at all times. As a captain, she leads by example showing her teammates what it means to play with heart. Beyond her character and leadership skills, Clara’s speed, discipline, and soccer IQ make her an amazing defender. Her teammates and I can always count on her as our last line of defense to give her all. This season Clara has made innumerable game-changing plays. – Atascadero High School Athletics
All coaches at Atascadero High School are invited to participate in Athletes of the Week to recognize students who were standouts at a recent competition, showing improvement at practices, or bringing a great attitude to the team. Coaches may contact Beth Brennan at [email protected].
