Atascadero High School Athlete of the Week
Atascadero High School Athlete of the Week
Greyhound: Adeline Vert
Sport: Girl’s Wrestling
Year: Freshman
Coach’s comment: Adeline is a freshman wrestler who placed 5th at CIF earning her a place at Masters. She placed 7th at Masters against girls from all around Central California. She was Atascadero’s only place winner at Masters and one of only five SLO County female wrestlers to place at Masters. Her hard work and determination were left all on the mat and we cannot wait to see what next year brings for her. – Atascadero High School
All coaches at Atascadero High School are invited to participate in Athletes of the Week to recognize students who were standouts at a recent competition, showing improvement at practices, or bringing a great attitude to the team. Coaches may contact Beth Brennan at [email protected].
