Atascadero Chamber’s Oktoberfest Mixer to feature over 40 vendors

Event to be held at Atascadero Lakeside Park Oct. 19

– The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce is set to host its annual Oktoberfest mixer on Oct. 19, featuring a diverse array of over 40 vendors. The event will take place at Atascadero Lakeside Park in the Zoo Gardens from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will include seasonal food, beer, and wine samples. Dorian Michael will provide live contemporary traditional music entertainment during the gathering. Tickets for the event are priced at $15 for non-members, and a portion of the proceeds will be directed toward supporting a local non-profit. Advanced registration is available at www.atascaderochamber.org.

“The Oktoberfest Mixer provides an excellent platform for both members and non-members to engage, establish new partnerships, and partake in the festive spirit of Oktoberfest, all set against the picturesque backdrop of Atascadero Lake Zoo Gardens,” stated Julie Matthews, director of membership. “This Oktoberfest continues its tradition of celebrating small businesses, welcoming new member vendors, and offering an enticing array of food, beer, wine, and more. It is an event not to be missed.”

Visitors to the event can anticipate a culinary selection that includes avocado sliders by Bren’s Seasonings and Morro Bay Avocado Farm, Hampton’s BBQ, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Jamba Juice, Human Bean refreshers, coffee from Arctic Fresh, and delightful cupcakes from Madonna Inn, among other offerings. Early beverage contributors include Cordant Winery, Eberle Wines, and Wild Fields Brewhouse.

A multitude of vendors will be present, such as AAUW, ACE Promotions, American Riviera Bank, Be Hoppy Tours, Boy Scout Troop 51, CASA, Christian Motorcycle Group, Damsel in Defense, ECHO, Farmers Insurance: Melanie Graham, Habitat for Humanity SLO County, Headstrong Fit, Hearing Aid Specialists of the Central Coast, Inc., Mason’s Esthetics, Meow Face Music, Nancy Fitzer-Beemer, Pacific Palace Painting, People’s Self Help, Restored by Ink, Rex Moore Contractors, SLO Safe Ride, T-Mobile, The Vineyard Team, Tricia William’s APO Drops, and Val Wan Sak, Realtor, and others.
