- On Sept. 27, Jacob William Lorton, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for a violation of probation/misdemeanor and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
- On Sept. 27, Cerena Danelle Rooker, 34, of Paso Robles, was arrested in Atascadero for possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a felony arrest warrant.
- On Sept. 27, Jonathan Daniel Willis, 47, transient, was arrested at the intersection of San Jacinto Road and Traffic Way for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail and a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
- On Sept. 28, Colleen Whitteker, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of Ardilla Road and Traffic Way for driving while license suspended/revoked for driving under the influence and no proof of insurance.
- On Sept. 28, Gabriel Luis Ortiz, 44, of Paso Robles, was arrested off 101 Southbound near Santa Rosa Road for driving while license suspended/revoked for driving under the influence.
- On Sept. 29, Matthew Jacob Taylor, 28, transient, was arrested at 8304 El Camino Real for threatening crime with intent to terrorize.
- On Sept. 29, Richard John Begin, 69, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
- On Oct. 2, Trevor William Simmons, 27, transient, was arrested at 9155 San Gabriel Road for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
- On Oct. 2, Miguel Angel Palafoxmontes, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9370 El Camino Real for shoplifting.
- On Oct. 3, Michael Reye Mendibles, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9700 El Camino real for a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.
- On Oct. 3, Augustine Jesus Holguin, 42, of Santa Margarita, was arrested at 6905 Capistrano Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and violation of postrelease community supervision.
