Atascadero arrest records for Sept. 5 to 11

On Sept. 5, Raymond Bobby Williams, 35, of Paso Robles, was arrested at 9800 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On Sept. 6, Marco Gabriel Rojas, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol percent of .08 or higher.
On Sept. 10, Aurysleidy Hernandez Taveras, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On Sept. 10, Sean Edward Roberts, 40, transient, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant an failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On Sept. 11, Gary John Desola, 39, transient, was arrested at 5975 Entrada Ave. for possession of narcotic controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
On Sept. 11, Joseph Edward Pennington, 41, of California, was arrested at 8950 Montecito Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law
