On November 1, Kenneth David Chandler, 39, of Bakersfield, was arrested in Atascadero for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and driving while license suspended/revoked.
On November 2, Bryan Anthony Zucco, 27, of Atascadero, was arrested at 6000 Capistrano Ave. for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On November 2, Joseph Edward Pennington, 40, transient, was arrested at 7835 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On November 2, Abraham Michaelmohommad Ghannam, 32, transient, was arrested at 6300 Morro Road for violation of probation/misdemeanor, failure to appear without payment of bail and violation of probation/felony.
On November 2, Michael Keith Prarat, 44, transient, was arrested in Atascadero for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

On November 3, Benjamin Todd Kuhzarani, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested at 5955 East Mall for carrying a switchblade knife on person and violation of parole: felony.
On November 3, Sean Casey Colwell, 35, transient, was arrested at 8320 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and forging/altering a narcotic prescription.
On November 4, Eddie Baltazar Ganotisi, 55, was arrested at 6400 Nacimiento Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
On November 5, Christopher Rafael Burrell, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested at Klem’s Gas Station for a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.
On November 5, Joseph Henry Wright, 45, was arrested at 9150 El Camino Real for driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to appear without payment of bail and failure to appear after PTA.
On November 6, Heriberto Salazarperez, 29, transient, was arrested at 8955 Montecito Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On November 6, Fernando Valenzuela Nuno, 39, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of West Front Road/Santa Rosa Road for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
