Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On January 3, Laura Sue Vance, 52, of Atascadero, was arrested at 7525 Morro Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and camping or storing unattended personal property on private property.
On January 3, Mark Jeffrey Wheelan, 56, of Atascadero, was arrested at 7525 Morro Road for camping or storing of unattended personal property on private property.
On January 3, Andre Michael Stoner, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested at 5600 Capistrano Ave. for possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.
On January 4, Sean Edward Roberts, 39, transient, was arrested at 6915 El Camino Real for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 4, Jarred Lee Skinner, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for willful discharge of firearm in a grossly negligent manner, felon/addict possession of a firearm, prohibited person owning/possessing ammunition and manufacture/sale/possession of a large capacity magazine.
On January 5, Trevor William Simmons, 27, transient, was arrested in Atascadero for use/under the influence of a controlled substance.
On January 6, Alexander Herman Friend, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of Santa Rosa Road and Marchant Way for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol percentage of .08 percent or higer.
On January 7, Vanessa Marie Bedroni, 33, transient, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 7, Cheyne Eric Orndoff, 36, transient, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 7, Jesse Ray Easterday, 30, transient, was arrested at the intersection of East Front Road and Santa Rosa Road for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 7, Paul Anthony Brill, 55, transient, was arrested at 9800 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 8, Jesse Ray Easterday, 30, transient, was arrested at the intersection of East Front Road and Santa Rosa Road for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 9, Tara Lynette Cochran, 41, of Templeton, was arrested at 9850 East Front Road for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On January 9, Tyler Kenneth Ferguson, 39, transient, was arrested at 6955 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and burglary: second degree.
