Atascadero arrest records for April 25 to May 1

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On April 25, Desiree Rose Bond, 29, transient, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Morro Road for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On April 26, Stephanie Bateman, 46, transient, was arrested at Santa Barbara Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.
On April 26, Austin Lyle Cook, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested at Santa Barbara Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
On April 26, Mark Jeffrey Wheelan, 56, transient, was arrested at 6200 Santa Ynez Ave. for illegal camping and a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant.
On April 26, Joshua Liam Nelson, 25, transient, was arrested at 6410 Santa Lucia Ave. for burglary: second degree.
On April 28, Robert Forsman, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant.
On April 29, Samuel David Swartz, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested at 8000 El Camino Real for possession of narcotic controlled substance, a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant, warrant: FTA vehicle code violation, a bench warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor charge and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On April 29, Dustin Eric Lortonthompson, 33, of Paso Robles, was arrested at San Ramon Road off Highway 101 Northbound for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On May 1, Shane Wyatt Stinson, 26, of Atascadero, was arrested at 8000 Morro Road for obstructing/resisting/etcetera public/peace officer or emergency med tech and vandalism of $400 or more.
On May 1, Stuart Anthony Souza, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Santa Barbara Road for driving under the influence of alcohol: causing bodily injury.
