ArtSocial 805 to host paint and sip event with VFW Atascadero
Event open to veterans and the general public
– ArtSocial 805, a traveling art studio, will host a “Paint and Sip” event in collaboration with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Organization of Atascadero Post 2814 Thursday evening. The event, aimed at supporting veterans from the Central Coast through the power of art, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the VFW.
The VFW Atascadero, a non-profit organization, offers assistance, support, and resources for veterans in the area. The event, which costs $50 per painter, includes all painting supplies and a complimentary glass of wine. Lead Artists from ArtSocial 805 will guide painters through a creative painting experience.
The event is open to veterans, anyone who has served the country, and the general public. Karyn Blaney, the founder and owner of ArtSocial 805, started the traveling art studio in early 2016 to provide a fun and unique experience for the public.
