Art display proposals for Paso library shows due Aug. 31 

— Proposals for art displays at the Paso Robles Library for the coming year are due no later than Aug. 31.

Proposals should include a completed application along with photographs or other representation of the work to be displayed. Applications are available at the library and at www.prcity.com.
